Lost temporary
username and password |

If you have had MetLink access setup, but you have not
yet logged in and registered and you have lost your temporary
username and password, please contact your MetLife representative
(or Broker/TPA, if applicable). |

Expired temporary
username and password |
|
The temporary username and password provided to you
as part of the initial MetLink access process is valid
for 60 calendar days. If you have not logged into MetLink
and registered within the 60-day period, your temporary
username and password will expire.
To obtain a new temporary username and password, please
call 877-9METWEB (877-963-8932). You will need to provide
the temporary username and password that were assigned
to you and verify your access information. Once your identity
is verified, we will provide you with a new temporary
username and password. |

Forgot my
password |
|
If you have previously registered, and you have forgotten
your password, please click on the "Reset Password"
button under the sign in area. You will be prompted to
answer two previously defined challenge questions. Once
your identity is verified, you will be able to create
a new password. |

Change my
password |
|
To change your password after registration, you must
first log into MetLink. Access your profile by pressing
the "Profile" icon located in the top right
navigation area of the MetLink homepage. Click 'edit'
to access the change password screen. |
