If you are currently a MetLife customer, please contact your
assigned MetLife Representative (or Broker/TPA, if applicable).
They can provide you with a unique temporary username and password
for each user at your company. New users will create a unique
username and password upon registration.
If you are new to MetLife, please call our toll free customer
hotline on 800-638-5433 to get in touch with a representative
in your area.
